Psalm 82:5 (AMP); The rulers do not know nor do they understand; They walk on in darkness [of complacent satisfaction]; All the foundations of the earth [the fundamental principles of the administration of justice] are shaken.
AN ALTERED WORLD
Every man represents a world. The world in which he operates is governed by seasons and times. This means that as an individual, your destiny is time-bound.
When a man does not walk in sync with the times of the Spirit, that man will find himself in an altered world.
One of the signs of an altered world is that things do not appear in the times and seasons in which they should.
Such an individual will find themselves delayed in starting a ministry, in getting married, in childbearing or in being promoted at the workplace.
The Bible says in Deuteronomy 11:13-14 (NLT) that If you carefully obey the commands I am giving you today, and if you love the LORD your God with all your heart and soul, then he will send the rains in their proper seasons—the early and the late rains—so you can bring in your harvests of grain, new wine, and olive oil.
One of the things that keep us in line with the times of the Spirit is how diligently we hear and heed the instructions of the Lord.
Worlds alter when people’s ears are closed to these divine instructions.
In every season of your life, you must be attentive to the instructions of God. Avail yourself to His voice. Pay close attention to His Word. The world of a man that is awakened to the voice of instruction can never be altered but will always be aligned to that man’s appointed seasons and times.

PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this truth. I receive it with all humility and gladness of spirit. My heart is continually open to Your voice. I treasure and heed all Your instructions because they are life to me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
