Matthew 6:33 (KJV); But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

UNDERSTAND THE KINGDOM

When Christ made the statement in our theme scripture, He made it to men that were not Born Again and who were still operating under the Old Covenant.

This is not how the new creature in Christ should understand the realm. God does not expect you to seek the kingdom of God.

For us, the kingdom has now come. The Bible says that we were delivered from the power of darkness, and translated into the kingdom of the Son (Colossians 1:13).

It is where we dwell. The scriptures say that we are citizens of the kingdom. (Philippians 3:20).

As a Born Again believer, God expects you to understand the kingdom in which you have been born.

The prayer and communion of a man who is seeking the kingdom is different from that of a man who has understood the realm.

In this realm, you have all things that pertain to life and godliness. A seeker is praying to God to bless them, a man who has understood the kingdom knows that He is blessed and lives as one who has been blessed.

The kingdom is a realm of spirits. A seeker is asking God for spiritual experiences. A man who has understood the kingdom walks as one who is acquainted with the realm because he knows that he is a spirit being.

GOLDEN NUGGET: As a Born Again believer, God expects you to understand the kingdom in which you have been born. The kingdom is a realm of spirits. A seeker is asking God for spiritual experiences. A man who has understood the kingdom walks as one who is acquainted with the realm because he knows that he is a spirit being.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I am begotten into the kingdom of God. It is my dwelling place. I do not just visit, I live, move and have my being within the realm. Because I am in the realm, the abundance and the liberties of the Spirit are mine. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
