HIS EXPEDIENT GRACE

There are things, which by the wisdom of the Spirit are expedient. There is not much of a question of choice concerning them.

The issue of the grace of God is an example of such a matter.

It was a matter of necessity for the grace of God to be revealed. That is why our theme scripture uses the language, “should come unto you.”

The coming of the grace of God was a matter of the urgency of the Spirit.

This is why there is inevitably such a dichotomy between the grace dispensation and the law dispensation.

Anyone who is alive to the necessity and urgency of the revelation of His grace understands that the coming of this grace caused a great paradigm shift in the realm of the spirit.

As such, when we embrace the grace of God, we embrace it as more than just a doctrine but something that was extremely important to divine purpose; something that was not a ‘may,’ or a ‘probably’ but a SHOULD.

Understand the grace from the fact that God considered it expedient because the realities of the New Testament dispensation were impossible without it.

GOLDEN NUGGET: When we embrace the grace of God, we embrace it as more than just a doctrine but something that was extremely important to divine purpose; something that was not a ‘may’ a ‘probably’ but a SHOULD.

PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this Word. I embrace the grace as the reality of my life. By this grace, I have access to deeper truths of the Spirit. It is more than just a doctrine. I live it as the foundation of the New Covenant by which I stand. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
