Isaiah 45:19 (KJV); I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
A PUBLIC DECLARATION
God has not called us to seek Him in vain.
In our theme scripture, He says, “I have not spoken in secret.” This was a bold and public declaration because He needs you to understand that there is not the slightest chance that it can be otherwise.
No man truly seeks God and does not find Him.
This public declaration was settled in heaven. This declaration was heard by hell. This declaration was acknowledged by the earth.
The oceans heard it, the seas heard it and the entire cosmos heard it.
The Bible alone is full of stories of men and women who took this public declaration with all the seriousness it deserves and saw God in His power and glory.
Enock walked with Him and was no more (Genesis 5:24). Abraham sought Him and became the father of all that believe (Romans 4:16). David sought Him and saw His continuous faithfulness.
Cornelius, a gentile sought Him and saw Him (Acts 10). Anna and Simeon who waited to see the salvation of the Lord, sought Him and saw Him.
Never give up on seeking the face of God. Keep in His Word and in His presence. It is never in vain.

PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this word. I thank You for the grace to seek Your face. I am fervent in prayer and a faithful seeker. I am launched deeper into the reality of who You are and of the Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
