THE ANOINTING II
Jesus Christ was the embodiment of the Word. The Bible says that He is the Word that was made flesh and dwelt among men(John 1:14).
Because He was the carrier of the Word, the anointing given unto Him was without measure.
What this means is that the anointing upon our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ was unlimited in its function and in its results.
It scaled the barriers of impossibility and changed everything that man viewed as impossible. That anointing healed all manner of diseases, that anointing opened blind eyes, that anointing made the lame to walk, that anointing cleansed lepers and that anointing defied death and the grave!
Nothing ever confronted Christ that caused Him to shy away in fear and timidity. He was bold in adversity, strong in the midst of pain, wise in the midst of criticism and unstoppable in the midst of persecution.
Praise God He lives in us!
If the anointing by which He functioned was limitless, we can no longer function by inferior levels of anointing. We cannot expect to see the move of God if we do not embrace the fact that God is calling us to connect to His power at a deeper and greater level.
Refuse to settle for less child of God when heaven has opened to us the possibility of so much more.

GOLDEN NUGGET: Christ lives in us. If the anointing by which He functioned was limitless, we can no longer function by inferior levels of anointing. Refuse to settle for less child of God when heaven has opened to us the possibility of so much more.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this great truth. You are in me and I am in You. You have shared Your glory with me and I cannot live life as an ordinary person. I am unlimited in power, knowledge, wisdom and understanding because the Spirit at work in me is without measure. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
